MM... that sweet and spicy dry rub sounds yummy. I'm going to print that out and put it with the Rosemary Steaks one on the side of my fridginator.
I'm was officially at 142.4 this morning. That's down almost 8 pounds from my starting point, and about halfway to my goal. However, like you, this was not the way I would have chosen to loose weight. Keeping that in mind, I have continued to loose (more gradually) since I have been feeling better, basically by remembering that I do not need to eat when I am not hungry, and also by just eating less. I have a tendency to want eat things just because they sound good whether I'm hungry or not, and also to fill my plate up rather than eating the appropriate amounts.
I was way too ill to ride my bike before, so tomorrow will be my first time out in two weeks. I don't know how far I'll go, but we'll see. I strongly recommend you take yourself up on your offer to walk your building. The halls are bound to be level, and I'd guess it's probably air conditioned even in the halls... or more so than outside, which I know you can't bear when it's warm. (Gods how I would hate that since I cannot bear anything below about 40°, find below 60° unpleasant, and below 75° to be less than optimum for any outdoor activities.)
