First off, something happened to my computer yesterday...everything is shifted down from the top of the screen by a half inch. Oddly not EVERYTHING is. Some word documents open correctly and some you're typing off screen at the bottom. Some online windows open right others are shifted down. It's a vista, any thoughts as to what I accidentally hit and how to fix it?

rambling- I REALLY wish I could go to the Waynesburg University (was a college back then) homecoming this year. I have never gone because well it's always a golf outing (yawn) and bad college football. This year I got a) an invite to play at the game in the alumni band! and b) and invite to do a 3 minute monologue on stage since I was in the theatre frat. Now that would have been SO cool.

I am in love with my new Eureka sweeper. I actually don't mind sweeping the floors. It's quick and effient and it looks like a real human lives here (I'm trying not to get as bad as it was before mom's visit)

I've learned to not give Roy snacks then go light incense because FIRE must be another treat I'm prepping for him. He didn't even flinch as he singed himself. Idiot. He's taking after his namesake.

Today Krogers had an offer buy two Dove chocolate/M&M bags that support Breast Cancer awareness and get a pink bouquet free. I'll take the chocolate to my coworkers. I selected a bouquet with white mums, startling pink-red carnations and several other pink and w hite flowers (the pink roses were going bad already) I figure with having a breast lump two mammos in a row, I should be doing everything i can to support this cause.

Mom and Dad are in NC. Their rental home is so close to the water you can stepp off the steps into the water (one assumes the storms have brought the ocean a tad closer than intended) Mom got bored since dad fell asleep at like 9 pm after the 12 hour drive so she called me and said call me back.

and old drabble I dusted off for [livejournal.com profile] fantas_magoria's Out of Sight Out of Mind episode challenge (hey Buffy fans have you checked out that site yet? If not, why not?)

Angel S 4- When Words Fail

With one word, he had stopped Jasmine’s world, unraveled her lie. It had to be done but he hadn’t anticipated that his son would unravel, too. He hadn’t realized how much it meant to Connor, that the boy thought everything was lie and he had picked the prettiest.

Words failed Angel in the store. As Angelus, he had used words to lure victims to their doom. As Angel, he used to bolster his friends but when they mattered most, words failed. Everything went to blood. A few more final words and he had damned his friends but saved his son.

Bitter Trials
cornerofmadness
Disclaimer - not mine, all characters belong to Hiromu Arakawa et al, Square Enix and funimition. I don’t make a profit
Rating – All chapter are R rated for mature content except ch 4 which will be NC-17
Pairing - Maes/Roy, Roy/Riza, Maes/Riza/Roy, implied Maes/Gracia
Time Line - Ishbal, manga-verse (with hints of anime)
Summary – The Soldiers are not fitting back into civilian life after the war and their relationships with each other have crumbled.
Author’s Note – written for Kink_bingo for a simultaneous line bingo using hand fetish and double penetration. It’s fifth in the series but you don’t need to read the others. All you need to know is that during the war Roy was having a relationship with both Riza and Maes and when she found out about it, Riza didn’t react well. This takes place soon after they get home. If you want to read the others you can find
the Uncharted Series here (note, Delicate Entanglements needs Retconned)
Author’s Note 2 – As noted above, the bulk of the story will not contain erotica but the last chapter will (a non-erotica version will get posted to FFN). This story is DONE. I’m just tweaking the chapters a little so if you’re the sort who likes to wait for the whole story to go it, it won’t be a long wait.
