writer notes
Nov. 9th, 2011 12:11 pmSince I have a dead computer I'm going to use this to hold notes for myself. I woke up with something remarkably silly I didn't want to forget.
In upcoming scenes, Savaria Archana is going to end up hurled into the men's baths. The Living Goddesses are selected in early childhood and raised in an entirely female environment. They might see a few male servants and see male parishioners in a priest/Penitent role so it's very limited exposure. Also there is a belief that the Goddess demands her living embodiments be 'pure' until they pass on the mantle to a younger version when they turn 21, or face dying at the hands of the Goddess (sort of like the priestesses of Artemis).
Anyhow, Archana has only limited ideas as to what a penis looks like up until that point. She is not particularly impressed with what she sees (not entirely sure what all the fuss is about). Sverre is not particularly impressed with her attitude about it (not to mention he has severe self-image issues).
Someone (probably his mother or grandmother) will jokingly reassure him that he possess a paragon of penile perfection (told you my awakening brain is very silly)
