I know I worked on a lecture and wrote some but it was like it was 10 am then suddenly 6 pm!
I couldn't find lamb this year and I'm not a ham person so I made cioppino the cheaty way since I also don't have access to a fish market. I eliminate fish all together from it. Using oyster sauce (since I had no clam juice since I forgot to get it), and chicken broth a cup of white wine and a can of tomatos I got the base started (after sauting onions and garlic), basil, cilantro, oregano, bay leaves, pepper all went in and then I had frozen mussles and clams already seasoned with garlic and wine that I microwaved and dumped in. I took it off the heat and tossed in a mess of bay scallops (since they easily overcook and could be eaten raw really). It was good. It made too much. I might spread it over papradella tomorrow.
My eggs did have a slight veggie taste but they're good.
