Mostly I just wanted to put this out there, even more news for Jana and I wanted to share the face model for Luc in my Vampires in Vegas story. here There's also a cool marketing link there too! I even managed to do over 3K for that story this week!

Also I wanted to share this from a Facebook comm I belong to called Queer Sci Fi. It's a nice source for not just SF but fantasy, urban fantasy and horror that features LGBT characters (and authors). They're having a flash fiction contest here I thought some of you might be interested.


I feel bad. I accidentally ran over a turtle. I tried to miss him but there was no where to go hemmed in by two 18 wheelers. Poor turtle.

Outside of killing turtles the only thing I managed to do today was the writing stuff and cleaned half the living room. This is a big accomplishment. Trust me. Must vacuum tomorrow. I see the podiatrist tomorrow too

Also for mother's day there are Buzzfeed's try guys. Usually they do a lot of things female oriented in an attempt to 'get it' and usually conclude women are way tougher and put up with way more shit. This time they hook themselves up to that same thing I keep putting on my joints, the estim and crank it to simulate birth (there are others in this series with the pregnancy shirt etc). I thought one of them was going to faint at the mention of tearing and episiotomies.
