I was talked into doing a Cardio pathology lecture for the medical coding/billing seminar on campus and I didn't mind that. On monday they begged me to do another one on GI pathology. I had already turned them down once but I agreed to it. The seminar people seemed to love me. That made me very happy.

And the person who arranged this semi-fiasco thanks me just as we break for lunch, tells me she has a thank you gift but forgot it and complained to me about the lunch being a bit late. I said I had finished my lectures and she was like oh good and didn't invite me to have lunch. granted I didn't want the lunch but the kthxbye was a bit rude I thought. It was a lot of work to do those lectures. See if I do it again.

And Mother Nature you are a heartless bitch. Yesterday is was an unwanted 80 degrees, today and equally unwanted, you give us freezing rain and snow. THe wind is very bitter. Ah well.


My idea of moving to prompts and writing out of order has worked for me. I got nearly 6K in two days. Maybe I can knock out 20K in the next week and a half but I'm not holding my breath.
