bright sunny in the 50's, it's like a cruel tease to all the cold haters out there since you know it's not lasting in Feb. But for those awaiting spring, I did notice it was still light outside after 6 pm today when I was dragging the garbage to the dumpster.

I spent the day making an exam and emptying out one of those boxes I promised to get rid of. Apparently the easy to empty boxes are all done and i'm down to the where the fuck am I gonna put this or do i just toss it stuff? 2010 was a bad year. I let things get out of hand. Cleaning amounting to knocking it all into a box til later. It's later. My just desserts so to speak. Ah well. I DID get that box emptied.

I also called my brother to see if he wanted to be my power of attorny. Being my age with diabetes having this in order seems like the prudent thing to do. I mentioned my shoulder and he listens then goes 'WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME EARLIER??? You're going to get frozen shoulder.'

Too late. I have it. It's not horrible yet but it's there. I did tell him but he was so sick he doesn't remember it so I didn't bring that up. He did give me two exercises to try. I'm not sure if they're legitimate PT things or if he wants to see if h e can make my shoulder blade fly off, taking my arm with it. I'm thinking the latter. dear god that hurts. Well of course it does my shoulder is becoming a mass of adhesive scar tissue and I have to be careful I don't bust that tendon.


I want to go SO DAMN BAD

I finally got off my ass to check out St. Jude’s Recycled Card program to get the address to mail in the cards only to find out the rules have changed. Hallmark and American Greetings won't allow them to do this. (yeah well guess who I won't be buying from then.) BUT I've already ripped the backs off...guess I'll be making name tags from them. SIGH. Next year I'll remember this. Also it's a nice place to get your cards from.
