Writerly Ways
Mar. 1st, 2015 05:36 pmI was thinking about the importance of going to writing conventions and my inability to go to most of them, especially THE most important one in my field. You can read about it here
I've written almost nothing this week, between tooth pain, work stress and losing my role model, it was just a giant pile of suck.
I will have A Wolf in the Fold out the door to a brand new to me publisher tonight come hell or high water.
And now that I said this, we'll get a second ice storm killing my power.
Plan for next week: edit through more of Blood Red Roulette because I need to get the beginning constructed so I can see what more I have to do with it before I can write the whole Arrigo and Luc learning to be a vampire thing and dealing with Eleni. So much to do. It's going to be my April Camp Nano at this rate because I'm expecting the first round of edits on Soldiers of the Sun any day now and that will a) suck b) suck up time c) get me closer to publishing novel #2 (which won't be out before July sigh. That would have been sweet).
edit a little of Splinters of Silver and Cold Iron if I can.
get my arse off the internet.
