It might be 95 out there today but on the drive to the mall I noticed all the Joe-Pye weed, Iron weed, ripe staghorn sumac berries and asters. Yep fall is coming if you know how to read the earth. Can't wait!

I did get stuff to make my steampunk hat at the mall and took back stuff to Macy's. Dear clothing makers, the silver/gold thread embroidery looks beautiful but maybe you should line those shirts because it's like wearing a cheese grater. Goodwill had so many donations it wrapped halfway around the building. They took more of grandma's crap anyhow. Went to Costco. I want to get one of the external hard drive's they have one sale. DIdn't get it but I plan to. Samples galore. Mom's like do you HAVE to et them all? Yes, yes I do.

Thank you to evil_little_dog, katimac8 & silvrethorn (and Laurel) for stopping by my yet again poorly attended launch party (i.e. one person I didn't know personally) even though Sunday IS a good time. I did get a few sales so there's that.

Anyone know if sweet surrender is still at the Palazzo (or was in 2012 which is when I think I'm going to have to see Blood Red Roulette) One site says it's closed, another lists it's hours. I dont' see it on the palazzo's web site. Mostly I just want to use it to make a point

Kanda was sleeping in his bed for nearly two days. He was very needy today. Then two minutes ago started crying loudly which he never does then vomited everywhere. Guess someone wasn't feeling well. Fur balls from the looks of it. Poor thing.

Went for another ride in the convertible, probably my last. It's supposed to rain from here out and I'm going back to OH in a few days not to return until after convertible weather.

ETA Just found out Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy has a song I've never heard and it is now the wrap up song for my Soldiers of the Sun soundtrack
