2015 ends as it began, with death
Dec. 31st, 2015 06:57 pmMy grandmother died before two weeks were out in January. Then Nimoy. Then cousins. And friends. And my friends and cousins losing members of their families.
Today Dad called to with his cousins' happy new year's and that cousin I mentioned less than a week ago who had lung cancer died today (and no one called us so yay to making the call by saying happy new year and feeling like an idiot because you didn't know).
I didn't know the man. He was my father's cousin and a little older than him.
