So I logged into my insurance to double check the coverage. Almost faint when I see my charges this year are almost half a million dollars (my responsibility is far far less). This time it finds the address but only has PT clinics across the state line. I call them. It takes forever but he does say yes the clinics I had in mind in PA WILL be cover if my deductible is met (hint it has been).

I call the clinic. She's happy to help me, see you Wednesday. I say no, no you won't and she almost sounds miffed. Why not? I explain that I have yet to be discharged from home health and the whole saga of the doctor and the lack of orders. She is STUNNED. 'That is unacceptable.'

Yes we agree on that one. SHe pushes it off until the 30th She'll call my doc. I call my doc. I even call the other PT clinic on the off chance they could forward the orders (as I suspected that's not legal) So let's see if they call this clinic back.

My day of watching TV alone didn't go as planned. Parents left for Dad's eye appointment no problem. My uncle came up and I talked to him. Then the storms came and knocked the power out twice.

I'm waiting for the power to go out again.
