Perfect weather for a winter festival

It's been between 50-60 for almost two weeks in Feb! Last night it snowed (only a wee bit here) and today it was a high of 27. That was perfect for the Gallia Winterfest. Now to be honest it wasn't much of a fest but it was what I needed because last night was lots of anxiety, full body shakes and then an early morning crash that I didn't wake up from until noon. I never sleep til noon!
It was a good thing to hyperfocus on and escape the things in my head. I didn't get the chance to upload the photos but there were about a dozen ice sculptures which were the best thing about it. there were a couple bounce things for kids and a man in a polar bear outfit. There was the skating rink for them and two food vendors one of which was an icee drink thing...um no. No vendors of any other kind. I think this was the first of the winter fests. It needed a bit of help but the sculptures was nice (and they turned it into a scavenger hunt for the little ones)
Before I went I went into Point Pleasant to Coffee Grinders to write. It's not the best coffee shop but it tries. I DID finish my SF horror. Now to somehow get it beta read and out in the next week. It's barely under the max word limit and probably needs to be a novella but eh, it's done and I'm happy.
I stopped at the school only to remember I had taken my keys out of my purse (because I'm smart) luckily a friend was there and they let me into the main office so I could finish my exam and print it just in case I get stuck in Chillicothe on Tuesday and I can't get back to give the test (someone else will step in). Sadly I missed another person there I needed to talk to. (better question why are so many of us there on our day off?)
Have some bonus music. I enjoyed this one. Think the title is Rose Red in German (not a language I'm good with)
